Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from Naggle and any other Clumsy Falcon app. You don't need to reinstall or sign in to anything — emailing us is enough.
The fastest way: email us
Send an email to info@clumsyfalcon.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and tell us which app it concerns (for example, Naggle). That's it — no forms, no account, no sign-in required.
What happens next
1. You email
We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
2. We delete
All data we hold about you is erased within 30 days.
3. We confirm
You get a final confirmation once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Any support correspondence linked to your email address.
- Any account data, if a Clumsy Falcon app you use offers accounts.
- Any diagnostic data that can be linked back to you.
On-device data: Naggle stores your tasks on your device, not on our servers. To remove that data, delete the tasks in the app or uninstall the app — it goes away entirely. Emailing us is not required for on-device data, since we never had it.
What we may keep, and why
In rare cases we must retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, financial records for a paid purchase). Anything retained for legal reasons is kept only as long as required and is never used for any other purpose.
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, per Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
