Privacy Policy

Clumsy Falcon ("we", "us", "our") is an independent app studio and the developer of Naggle and other mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can reach us at any time at info@clumsyfalcon.com.

Account: Naggle requires an account (your email address) so your reminders can sync across your devices. Your reminders, nudge levels, and schedules are stored against that account.

Screenshots and pasted text: when you use the AI scan feature, the image or text you share is sent to a secure AI processor solely to draft your reminder. It is deleted immediately after processing — never stored, never used for anything else.

Advertising: the free version of Naggle shows ads served by our advertising partner, which may use your device's advertising identifier to personalize those ads. Naggle Premium removes ads entirely.

Support: if you contact us, we keep your name, email address, and message so we can reply and help.

Diagnostics: if you enable optional crash reporting through Apple or Google, we may receive anonymized diagnostic data (device model, OS version, crash logs) used solely to fix bugs.

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• We never store the screenshots you scan — they are processed and deleted.
• We never use your reminder content for advertising.
• We never share your data with anyone except the processors described above, or where required by law.

Notifications: Naggle's entire job is to nudge you, so it asks for notification permission. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.

Photos & files: accessed only when you choose a screenshot to turn into a reminder. We never browse or upload anything else from your library.

Your account and synced reminders are kept until you delete them. Support correspondence is kept for up to 12 months, then removed. Scanned screenshots are deleted immediately after processing, as described above.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — full instructions are on our Data Deletion page. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced inside our apps where practical.
